At Wok 'n' Roll Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
